Proforma for the first order, thereafter Net 30 days.
All credit agreements are at Marbel’s discretion. Marbel reserves the right to withdraw or vary credit facilities at any time.
Carriage Paid:
Carriage is paid after £250 Net, if the order value is below this, the order will incur a £7.50 carriage charge.
Order Quantities:
Please order the minimum quantity of each individual item as shown on our pricelist.
Mis-shipments/Product Claims:
Shortages or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. If any boxes are received damaged, the courier’s delivery note needs to be marked with details of the damage.
Catalogue Descriptions:
Products are described as accurately as possible but colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated.
Safety Standards:
All items conform to UK and EU Toy Safety standards.
Retention of Title:
Title of the goods and all goods supplied, remains the property of Marbel Ltd until payment is made in full of all due invoices.
All sales are final. Prices and minimum case packs are subject to change without notice.
